Before creating the user in sap system we need details of the user(i.e User id, First name, Last name, email Id, User Group, validity period & required authorizations(Roles/Profiles)etc).
After that we need to take the approvals from the appropriate managers.
Important Note :- For creation of the new user account some of the mandatory fields that we need to fill are User id, Last name, Password.
There after we have to follow bellow steps.
- Execute SU01
- Enter user name and press CREATE (notepad)
- Enter necessary details such as Firstname and Lastname
- Click on Logon Data Tab and enter password a password eg: Keylabs123
- Then give the required authorizations in Roles, profiles tab.
- Click Save . Now you can informed the user that his/her account has been created.
